Here is a taste of the experiences of her Fitness Boot Camp Workout (A) and new DVD, "Workout: One-on-One Training with Jackie."

The sunny, breezy day and a 360-degree views of LA provided a beautiful backdrop for agonizing a boot camp. If you want to complain, call your mother. This woman is without it. You can stands down to it (without yelling), and sets it to another level not foreseen. Plus, it's a bit intimidating, so you dig in and do it.

The meeting began with two trips up and down the stairs from the Skysport Penthouse (13th floor) on the bottom of the building. On the way back, you were to take two steps at a time. That's when I knew my hours would be really interesting.

"Workout: One-on-One Training with Jackie" DVD Review

This is definitely not another exercise video. In my personal supply of hundreds, which is one of the top of my list for a serious workout. Jackie does not tone it Down, just because you do so at home. She brings it full force. It is up to you to step up to the challenge.

The DVD is divided into three 20-minute workouts target your arms, legs and core. You can have only one body of work group, or combine them for a demanding 60-minute down.

The set is modern and warm and the music is on point. With Jackie and their top trainers work with you, it feels as if you're with a group of friends training.

The pace is just right. It moves quickly, but you do not lose. They reached their one-on-one Training appeal by turning their trainers through various exercises in which they interact naturally. Jackie portrays himself as a demanding but encouraging coach and not a talking head.

It works every muscle group with warm ups and cool downs. It involves strength training mixed with cardio moves throughout. The Cardio-BLAST sessions repeat the muscle groups worked with before weight training. It provides new exercises to keep the movement fresh. Their innovation is moving really shines through and keeps you engaged.

The DVD has an energetic vibe that pushes you to the next level or honors you know where you are now. From beginning to advanced fitness level, Jackie and her trainers provide modified exercises to accommodate a range of skills. It also gives you the possibility of including weights, but no evidence of the actual poundage, left up to your discretion.

She explains the exercises and the names of each in the lower left corner of the screen scripted. It gives you tips for improving your performance and results. And it motivates you to stop any train, once you have reached the point of exhaustion.

The DVD is only 0.95, less than an unused gym membership or four liters of gasoline. If you have a strong, ripped bod, then just plug and play like.
