Let us try to know as DNS client directs its requests to the DNS server as DNS server resolves these queries so that users can open the site they requested.

The user enters the URL (www.techpeoples.net) in his browser. Since the DNS client with the Primary / Secondary DNS server is configured, that request will first be forwarded to the primary DNS server. Primary DNS server knows the IP address of the site, then send it to the IP address to the client and customers visit the site. But how know there are millions of website and new website created every day. In this case, it is very difficult to know for the DNS server's IP address for each site.

The preferred solution to this problem is to use other DNS servers, causing them to accept it and send us your question using an Internet IP address of the website that your DNS server does not know where.
