X-Men: First Class Detailed Review

I finally decided reluctantly, watch X-Men First Class, despite my initial disgust. Proved by the posters and trailers that are released when the movie first came out, were selected along with the cast, I expected this film a total failure. To look after many weeks of refusing this film for its insult to the original X-Men, I finally sat down to watch it and was hoping I would be proven wrong. I was right all along. The film was a complete disaster in my eyes and I knew it would happen from the beginning.

I really do not even know where to start with this review. I think I am elected to start because that was when I knew it first with the cast went to suck. James McAvoy as Charles Xavier aka Professor X was a big mistake. He did an okay job in the movie Wanted, but I knew immediately that he does not really fit the role of leader of the X-Men. He's not a good actor at all. For me it is completely ruined the character. The cast was really weak and the characters he chose to be in the movie so random and most had absolutely nothing to do with the original members of the team. I would not have minded if the movie is something else with the name and made their own version. But to track it first class and have only one of five founding members is a spit in the original story, and for me, he used his popularity as a ploy to get more people interested in such a shitty movie. At least she got a role in shutting down properly, and that was Michael Fassbender as Magneto. He was one of only two characters (including Emma Frost), which actually felt like their comic book counterpart. His story, emotions and role were spot on the character. I can not really say that about anyone else in the film. His rise to become Magneto was one of the few good parts of the story and film in all honesty. Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw was a good choice for both the actor and the villain. He was a good starter boss if you will. Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert was a good choice, but their role was almost nonexistant in the movie besides the witness of the Hellfire club scene and the search for Charles. I did not feel as a CIA agent, rather than a brilliant scientist was like in the comics. If that was the only thing they changed to the story that I would be fine with him have been fit, but it was the addition of so many examples of changes that have exacerbated the overall level of anger for me. I was really impressed by the presentation of the Mystique offended in this film. They made them out to be on the good side, until the end, but true in its history, it works in principle for evil intentions and sides with poor groups, for the most part. After Charles and Mystique, she was so close to each other as brother and sister so random compared to the real story. Their little affair should never happen with Beast. At least they have played Nightcrawler Mystique and Azazel with the origin of both the side magnetosphere at the end. I hated how she is trying to connect to animal into a blue monster with its own color Mystique. I swear it's as if the author is unaware of the true stories with the exception of the characters looks and name known and decided his own thing as pure garbage. The makeup job on Beast was terrible. He looked more like a pussy cat than a monkey-like animal. I think she had the feeling to do something completely different as Beast in X-Men: The Last Stand, which looked really authentic, and it turned out like crap. Justice in this respect was, was because they never made the film in the first place, with all their changes to the original story. At least they included the character in the movie called First Class. At least they got one of the original five members of the right. God knows why they are the random characters that I've ever seen use decision. Banshee instead of Angel, Cyclops and Havok instead of his brother, Darwin, and fishing, the two random characters that I've ever heard of the Marvel Universe, instead of Iceman and Jean Grey. Why this arbitrary and unnecessary changes have been made even more confusing. The same applies to the evil villains in the film. Riptide and Azazel? You could come much better than these two villains have picked up to the formation of the Brotherhood led by Magneto convincing to do. They even changed the powers of the Storm modeling principle Riptide! What was the shit! It was a joke seriously. I need to January Jones as Emma Frost was for me to say sexy. They convincingly demonstrated that sex-appeal and mind power she has just like in the comics. At least they have added the guest appearance by Wolverine. This, along with Emma Frost and Magneto figures were the only good things about the entire movie.

Overall, the actors and cartoon characters for this film is an utter failure in my eyes decided. Had the opportunity to make a great movie to make a great story, and decided to change the whole thing and it turned out like crap at the end. It was just another example of a pompous director / writer thought he was slightly better than the original, which we all know, should not be attempted. The special effects and the fight were missing. It is as if they made the film with the technology of 10 years ago, if not older. The scene in X-Men 2 with Nightcrawler in the White House was much better than any of the fights and teleportation effects of Azazel done in the new one. The flight scene between Angel and Banshee looked so fake and terrible. You must have sunk some of the household expenses, because there is no possibility that the quality of a 0 million film. Also, the story was weak. It was just a bad movie, and a nightmare for any true fan of comic books. It was a poorly made film in all aspects. I give this movie a 4 / 10 Two points for Magneto role, one point for Emma Frost, and the last point for cameo Hugh Jackman as Wolverine's. The rest of the movie was a complete mess, that I suspected from the beginning, and I encourage any fan of comic books, never to see this movie if they have not suffered through it because it was so disappointing. I wasted over 2 hours of a movie that I'm the first Hulk movie, which I never thought that anything can come close to it in respect of such crappy quality, and almost 2 hours I waste my time writing this review comparison. All previous X-Men films were also much better than this even with some big mistakes in this. In most cases I tend to highly rate the most movies I see and I'm pretty lenient, but this joke of a movie that had the audacity to call, even first class is one of the exceptions and simply could not go out and earn It must be stamped on.
