AMERICA, Are We On The Verge Of A Disaster?

What are we to believe, that we here every day in the main stream media? Itâ € ™ s sometimes hard to Determine who is telling truth and who is not. So how do we Determine for ourselves what we should believe, and what we need to disregard as propaganda by one side or the other? Itâ? Sat rather simple answer. Watch, read, blog, write, and research everything ourselves.

To some, it really doesnâ € ™ t matter what the president or any of his supporters say or do, it will be the right thing in their minds no matter what, while there are others that are skeptical about their president, but are trying very hard to believe and support what the president saya? s and does, but they know something is just not right. There are those that will oppose the president no matter what, and then those that normally oppose the President, but are willing to give him a chance. Which group do you fit in with?

One thing we must pay very close attention to, is the President's refusal to be interviewed or even just show up and state his case on his policies on Fox News. Why is the president making the rounds on most major TV stations, trying to push his healthcare agenda, but refuses to go on the station that has more viewers than all others combined? That is the question on the minds of many, including some on the left.

Is he afraid of the hard questions? If so, why? Does he have something to hide? If so, What? These are simple questions Americans ask of their president, so why wonâ € ™ t he answer them? Itâ € ™ s obvious why he wonâ € ™ t answer these questions. Anyone with anything to hide wonâ € ™ t answer those questions, so one has to wonder why he wonâ € ™ t try and get his message out to the largest audience in TV news?

Itâ? Sat fact, that the main stream media and most cable news shows as well as most major newspapers across the country are extremely partisan on the side of liberals and their ideaâ? S, but itâ € ™ s easy to see where people are turning to, to get real stories presented with both sides. If you see the ratings of major newspapers, their subscriptions are dangerously low to near bankruptcy numbers. That goes for the main stream media, not to mention the sales of books compared to conservative liberal books. Conservative books have topped the New York Times best seller list all year as well as other major publication lists.

What does the president of have to hide? Anything? We just donâ € ™ t know, and that is causing more problems than just to find out our President is truly lying. People are asking these questions and getting no answers. Glenn Beck of Fox News has been asking questions for months now with no answers, as does Rush Limbaugh. People like to discredit these people along with Sean Hannity and Bill Oâ? Rielly for asking these questions, by saying they are spreading lies and propaganda, but if they would just listen, they would here a question, not a statement in most cases. When statements are made, itâ € ™ s only based on what they hear, read and research themselves, and the president without answering these questions, what else are the American people supposed to think?

So we must ask the question, is America on the verge of disaster? Looking at the news, reading stories and books, and doing research on people, places and things, we see a real disaster brewing in America. With the investigation into the CIA, the video tapes of ACORN employees encouraging prostitution, tax evasion, illegal immigration of minor children for the sex trade, fraud and more, derailing of Thea missal defense system in Eastern Europe, takeover of the banks, mortgage companies, the housing industry, student loans, auto companies as well as the proposed takeover of the health care industry. These are just some of the reasons we Americans worry about. Add the unemployment rate moving towards Ten Percent, and the deficit tripling in the last six months and you have a real concern as to where the President really wants to see this country go in the next few years.

We Americans must stay vigilant in our quest for the truth. The President ran a brilliant campaign on promises of bi-partisan policies, better racial relations, lower unemployment, adding millions of more jobs rather than losing more, withdrawal of troops in conflict and much more To indicate a better, stronger America. Even going to the length of saying he wants to transform America. Transform America? In what way? By looking at all we see and hear in todayâ € ™ s media, we can only come to one conclusion, if we donâ € ™ t have answers. We can only judge by the content we see and hear. By that alone, it is a scary thought as to what we should believe. Most news organizations are partial to the liberal left, while you have conservative talk radio, dominating the radio air waves, you only have Fox News to give you a fair and balanced report. The critics will say Fox News is bias towards the conservative right, and they are right, in part only. While the staff on Fox is more conservative on the right, they have more guests from both sides, and are given the courtesy of their views without too much argument, just hard questions while the left fails to give the same courtesy.

The polls show the American people are very concerned as to what is going on in Washington these days and the president seems to add to these concerns by avoiding the real questions and giving answers that leaves everyone with the same questions as when the President started talking. The President has gone on many shows, many public appearances as well as speeches all over the country. One would think our questions would get answered, but they donâ € ™ t. All we hear is the same rhetoric, sometimes put in different ways, but looking at his Sunday round of morning news programs, he could have just taped one show, and had other shows ask questions, and just play back the tape.

So, the question remains, is America on the verge of disaster? We may never know until it is too late. For this reason, and this reason alone, we must stay vigilant in our quest for the truth. We must question everything this administration does, and if we donâ € ™ t get the answers we desire, we need to voice our words loud and clear, do not want to do a thing until you are willing to answer our questions, and if you donâ € ™ t, we not support anything you do. The shame in this, is that some of the policies may in fact be good for America, but unfortunately, this president refuses to be transparent as he promised, and the consequences of those actions are what is happening in America. We the People do not want to trust you, and we not support you, until you are honest with us and answer the hard questions with straightforward answers true.
