Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam) is to change a few words of Gordon Peterson's Song be sued, "Hard Sun". The Canadian musician Eddie Vedder said modified key lyrics of his song.

Vedder recorded Peterson's song for the soundtrack to the 2007 film "Into the Wild".

But Peterson, who goes by the stage name Indio was boiling with rage when he realized that Vedder changed "certain key lyrics" of his 1987 book, "undermines the integrity of the composition."

He led Universal Music as a defendant in the action in Manhattan Federal Court for the licensing of his pipe made without his approval.

He is asking for all profits from the "acts of violation."
