Counter-Rotation Vs Contra-Rotation

One thing that people often come with little mess is diffference between "Contra-Rotation" and "Counter-Rotation". The terms are wrong more than you might imagine in books, manuals and used on Web sites. I wanted to take this opportunity to make clear the difference between the two.
