The Brothers Bloom (2009)

The Brothers Bloom are the best con men in the world, fraud millionaires complex scenarios of lust, intrigue and the most complex literary-inspired setups imaginable with. Now they have decided on one last job – a beautiful and eccentric heiress named Penelope the time of their lives shows with a romantic adventure, it needs around the world – from New Jersey to Russia and Greece, Prague – in pursuit of priceless artifacts wanted by some of its unsavory competitors.

The Brothers Bloom is a 2009 American post-modern caper film written and directed by Rian Johnson and starring Mark Ruffalo, Adrien Brody, Rachel Weisz, Ricky Jay, Rinko Kikuchi and Robbie Coltrane. It has four theaters in the 15th May, it published in 2009 and expanded into wide release two weeks later on 29 May

Brothers – Stephen and three years older Junior Bloom – Con artists have, since they were children. Stephen is the mastermind, for which the complexity of the story is used in the con as important as the positive outcome of the fraud. Bloom is the main character of Stephen's stories, the figure he believes the anti-hero. As adults, they would never win the world and the same people twice in their disadvantages, except for their consistent sidekick, the mysterious, and above all quiet Bang Bang, a Japanese woman who just appeared in her life one day and who has a preference for blowing up things. As Bloom hits his mid-thirties, he wants to leave the business when he is losing his own identity, that the characters he portrays, he does not know what is real and what is make-believe. con Stephen talks him into one last, the brand, the eccentric, lonely but beautiful New Jersey heiress Penelope Stamp. Penelope's primary past-time in life, as she calls it, "to borrow amateur" when she sees something she likes, she learns how to do it just to read about books. When the brothers go through their final con on Penelope, three major problems arise to frustrate the plan. First, the enemy brothers former mentor and now arch, Diamond Dog, can be accurate long-awaited revenge on the brothers. Second, Penelope can end up as unpredictable as all its previous brands. And thirdly pass: Bloom, Let Love in his life can, for the autumn Penelope ….
