Charlie Sheen spends Christmas in jail. Charlie Sheen was arrested in the Colorado resort at Aspen crimes charges related to alleged domestic violence.

The police said Charlie Sheen was arrested yesterday on charges of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Police said the alleged victim was not taken to hospital. Police said the actor will be held without bond until his first court appearance. The court was closed for Christmas, and no date has been set for his appearance.
